We want you to be happy.  Any issues with the order due to our error will be covered 100%. We will make a new one and ship it to you at our expense or you have the option of a refund minus shipping cost if you shipped other than standard shipping..

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, ETC

 

For all exchanges/returns/refunds, the customer must send a picture of the damaged/defective item, picture of the billing statement and date package was received.The Customer always has the option of receiving another product to replace the damaged product or to receive a return of their monies.

  • Packages lost in transit – the claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  •  Misprinted/damaged/defective items – pictures of items misprinted/damaged/defective must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. 

  • Wrong size items – the size tag on the product/package does not match the order you placed. Items must be submitted within 3 days of receiving. 

  • Damaged Package-all claims must be submitted no later than 72 hours after the delivered time. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense whereby you can receive an exchange shipped by standard route (you have the option of requesting express shipping but at your expense).

  • Wrong Delivery Address: If your package is delivered to the wrong address and it is an error on our part, we will send you an exchange or refund. However, if an error of address is on your part, we will not be responsible. 

  UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS, EXCHANGES, ETC.

  • Wrong shipping address – United Believing Power online store does not refund/exchanges/re-ship for the order if the shipping address is incorrect: you provided the incorrect address. It is your responsibility to make certain that the address you provide to us is correct and where you want your item to be shipped.

  • The size doesn’t fit – United Believing Power does not refund/exchange/accept returns if the size doesn’t fit, You need to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

  • You change your mind.  You don't like the item.
